Products can be returned for a refund within 14 days after purchase. To initiate your return please contact support@lyndaskitchen.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.  We ask that our customers be responsible for the shipping charges associated with a return shipment. Once the product has been received, a full product refund will be issued.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Please report damaged or defective products within one week of receiving the product.  will repair or replace the damaged or defective goods for no additional charge. Please contact support@lyndaskitchen.com to initiate your repair/replacement.
          Return the new, unopened items to us within 14 calendar days of delivery

  • For any product valued over $10 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
  • Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
  • Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
  • Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
